Hello all.

I have a 1985 mini winnie with a Norcold. Not sure the exact model.

Last time I took it out the fridge worked fine, but while I was prepping it for my trip this weekend, I plugged it in and flicked it to 120v, but did fridge did not seem to cool off.

The circuit breaker panel seems to be ok (Not sure which circuit breaker controls the fridge, but I popped and reset them all) and the fuse on the front panel seems to be OK.

Before I give it up as dead, are there any other fuses for this machine located anywhere?

If it is a 3 way fridge it has 2 fuses under the cover on the control panel in the back, you access it from the outside of the MH, Bobby :)ThmbUp

Under the control panel in the back. You mean the control panel on the front I need to unscrew and look behind it? Or is there a back control panel I can access from opening the vent door outside?

Hi It is on the back Behind vent door  On the left edge it is a black box withall the wires plugged on ( be careful pulling wires off you can break the board) The cover has all the connections listed but write them down and take a photo first Remove all the wires The 12 V positive will be hot till you short it out and blow that fuse wich can be anywhere So be careful and tape it immeadiatly upon removal all the rest are safe  Remove 2 screws holding cover down  There is a 5A fuse inside if it blows again Most likely you have a shorted 110V heater element This can be replaced with fridge in place @ heavy black wires going to the chimmney The 2 yellow wires are the 12V heater wires Not difficult but it will take some time ! Hmm, this is the view of my back door, I am nto seeing any box, all the wires seem to just go directly into the housing. Is that bottom panel what I need to reremove?

For 110v, the microwave is on the same circuit, if micro works the breaker is good.

For 12v, there should be a auto resetting circuit breaker in your coach battery compartment.

Beyond that it does not appear to have any other circuit breakers.

Alas, no Microwave in mine. :)

OK, I see what you are saying about the control box where it plugs in. I thought it was a simple outlet box, mine is located farther up in the chimney. I'll find someone with ape-arms and see if they can reach up there and unscrew it.

If you don't have a micro-wave the other outlets that should be powered by the same breaker are the dinette overhead receptacle and the one back by the wardrobe.

This info is from drawings that Winnebago sent me for my 1986 WC420RG.  I would think they should work for yours being just a year older, but you never know.

Also, if it is a Canadian model, there was no micro-wave and the fridge was on a 110 circuit all on it's own.
