i now have a fridge again ay ay everything works except for the humidity switch i did buy and put in a new one but same thing one side of the switch don't work. anyone have this problem?

yes the 3 way humidity switch works in the off middle position and the up position but not the down. really i guess is no big deal the fridge works i should just be happy with that but you know how it is you always wonder if you can get it all exact. just wondering if anyone might have an idea of the problem. i just wanted to add the switch didnt work before i fixed the fridge.

All the humidity switch does is turn on and regulate a heater in the body of the fridge near the door openings (its just a hot wire ) unless you are having severe frost build up its not necc ! Frank
