Screen door to exterior door latch

Does anyone know what part I need to latch my doors together.  I can tell there used to be something installed, but a PO must have removed it (probably after it was broken).  I am posting a picture so you can see what I am talking about.  You can see the two holes where it should screw in on either side of the bungee cord.  This is on a 1989 Itasca Sunflyer.  I tried a part I bought from our local RV parts store, but it would not work on my application. I am tired of hearing the doors slapping together every time I open them because of my current bungee cord solution.
