Steering column boot replacement

Can the rubber boot at the base of the steering wheel be replaced with out removing the wheel? Mine has lots of holes. Any ideals out there?  Thanks Gil

don't think so , the boot is one peice . You have to remove the stearing colum if thats what you ment , not the wheel . removing the colum isn't very difficult if your rig is a class A . there is only a few bolts to remove from the colum clamp  and the wiring harnes should have plugs on them .The hardest part to remove mine was seperating the lower shaft universal from the stearing box . --- Sea Hag
