Driver and passenger interior door handles 84 itasca windcruiser

Does anyone know if the interior drivers and pass. door handles are borrowed from another gm vehicle or are they Winnebago/ Itasca I need replacements and if there's another vehicle that shares these it'd make it so much easier

If you're looking for the strap good luck you may need to canvass auto recyclers for GM/Chevy conversion vans. If it's the hole that needs filling I can't tell which handle you have maybe this?

That's just it I don't have handles on either door so I don't know what I need haha
