Need Hood Release Cable

Is a hood release cable a junk-yard item? Not finding much of anything about it.

Mine is definetely stretched/ruined

Wouldn't surprise me pull it and take it to a u-pull it yard, inside part doesn't need to be exact, worse that could happen is you might need to drill another screw hole.  I say take it with you as you need to make sure you get one as long or ok to be a bit longer,  Important part is the hood end that snaps? into the latch, and that the cable end would extend out the same bit (again latch end) to reach the lever.


I would start with same year and earlier trucks.
