I just picked up a 92- sept 91 manufactured Itasca Sunflyer on a GMC chassis 1gbkp37nxn is the Vin start, I go to look for parts- tuneup as everything else seems fine but can't figure out what to search for as a bare chassis, Rockauto for example only lists a p3500 for this year

1) The third digit "B" of your vin says it'a a Chevy chassis not a GMC chassis
2) GMC (not chevrolet) had a P3500 series chassis so you selected the wrong chassis mfg.
3) Chevorolet P30 represents a 1 ton chassis series. There was a P30 motorhome chassis (P32) and a commercial chassis (P42).  Yours is a P32.   Some people get confused that the VIN 5th through 7th digits say "P37" however, the "7" only represents Motorhome chassis. Again, your a chevy P32 chassis.
1 = Us Built
G = GM
B = Chevy Incomplete
K = 14001 - 16000lb GVW; Hydraulic Brakes
P = Forward Control0
3 = 1 ton series
7 = Motorhome chassis
N = 7.4L FI V8
X = Check Digit
N = 1992 Model year
Note: Glad I decoded that as you implied a 1991 chassis and it's a 1992 chassis.  Depends on how your read your description.
4) Rockauto link: 1992 Chevrolet P30 7.4L

TIDBITS: For the inquisitive minds, believe it or not if the VIN 5th through 7th digits say "P32" it's a P42 commercial chassis.  The motorhome chassis is "P37". Hows that for muddy waters!
