create album

I followed the directions from OZ in a post but I don't get a "create album" icon

Click on gallery


Look on the right (first attachment).  click on my albums

on the next screen (second attachment)  click on ADD USER ALBUM

And don't forget to set your permissions to all after creating the album or no one will be able to see it except admin.
