440-10 Dodge Winnebago vs 400

 i?? So a buddy is cutting up a yacht Monday with a pair of Dodge 400's in it for scrap. Are there any parts there I should try and grab before it's turned into scrap.

One thing to consider, boat dependant, is that they will be marine engines. Carbs, manifolds, water pumps, alternators, etc will likely be different than land use.
Another is that with twin engines, they HAVE to counter-rotate at the output shaft. One clockwise, the other counter - clockwise. Some dealt with it by transmission, some by crank.
That aside, if parts are still there, a ton of the electrical - gen set, inverter, isolation switch, bus boards, etc. would be a definite score.

Another thing to consider is if they were raw water cooled then the internals will be pretty rusted. Most yachts were fresh water cooled but thinking that Dodge power would make it fairly old so might check.
