Hmmm now the question is will the bumpers fit into that oven? After all one just simply cannot have a grill that's stated and bumpers looking a bit edgy?

Just saying...
 

Not!!won't fit but a good white epoxy paint with a hardener will do the job..The white that is on the bumper is just that..The steel rims were painted that way too and it was a hard job getting them sand blasted clean..

I'm thinking that the next project will be a chrome plating operation. 

No chroming here in Taxifornia..Totally against the law..Even the chemicals need to chrome in your garage are against the law to ship here..

Powedercoating can yield extraordinary results;

The thing about powder coating is it is totally EPA exempt..Because it creates no toxic fumes..

So the little oven like mine is no problem..Your next door neighbor wouldn't even know you are doing it..

The only thing that pro powder shops have to worry about is the sand used for sand blasting..The sand not so much but the stuff that is being blasted off mixed with the sand..

How does that system work?? I really don't have anything that needs chrome..Paint or powder coat or buffing pretty much covers it

Finished all the walls-floor-ceiling..start up on the assemble..

Propped the back wall and secured it to the floor..flipped it around..

Installed the right wall..ran out of daylight..more tomorrow..

I think I over built this..Just a tad..Maybe..

But we are going to have that shiny grill come hell or high water!!

There is a lot more on this motorhome that will benefit from this oven..It would have been nice to have it during the time I was Powder coating the rims..

I wish I had built this thing long ago, in spite of this grill..

Heating elements and door sealing rope on order..The controllers are here..In essence the oven will be 2 ovens..with a removable wall in the center..if one side is all that is needed, just use the 1 controller..If you want the whole oven, remove the center wall and turn on both controllers..

Each side will have 2 burners..

Pics show the assemble of the walls and finally the top..Excess insulation laid on top..But I will need some of that for the doors..still needing to be built..

Last picture shows how to make spacers for the grid pieces..Copper tubing cut to length..

This is to fix the 1 grill hat I tore apart..The other grills will be left as they are..
