New Forum Layout

     I've been working on a new forum layout and board organization.  There are fewer total boards as several have been combined into other parent boards.  There are no more "child" boards.  This should make viewing, navigation and board selection easier and more aesthetic, especially on mobile devices. 

     Additional tweaks will be made, particularly with organizing and condensing several side bar blocks which direct members to additional resources into drop-down menu selections. 

     I hope these changes will help make our community forum and resources more enjoyable and beneficial.
