Which replacement water inlet?

Hey guys - wondering if someone can point me in the right direction

My water inlet sprays out when the system is pressurized so Iââ,¬â,,¢m guessing a bad check valve. Iââ,¬â,,¢m not sure of the proper replacement inlet so hoping someone would know? Are there any differences? Maybe someone has a link to one they bought?

Itââ,¬â,,¢s a 1976 Minnie Winnie. Sorry for the terrible picture of the inlet but itââ,¬â,,¢s currently at a storage unit parked until the next trip!

I believe that would be your check vave failing.
