Replacing U Channels and Seals in Sliding Windows

Hey all, wondering how to determine if you have Z style or T style inside window frame?  I need to figure this out for my 74 brave to get some seals ordered.  I've searched but can't find the info...

The type which is noted in the replies is what you need.  There was no difference in channel types.
