Thetford Aqua-Magic IV "Upgraded Water Valve Kit"?

Hi all!

My truck camper has the Thetford Aqua-Magic IV toilet, and I have to remove it in order to replace the bottom seal. Is it worth purchasing one of these kits to replace the ball seal and this valve if the current one is working just because it is out?

For $20, I'd say yes, rather than go through it all only to maybe have to do it again in a while.
