Can you identify this spacer? Dodge M300 72 Help please :D

Ok, you know the drill. Couple of boxes of parts and putting it back together and ooooh what are these left over spacers that look important. i?? Not sure if they are out of my radiator brackets or from the old Hydraulic leveling system I tore out. Any help would be great. There are two spacers. The service manual and parts manual aren't a big help here.
