HoooooRaaayyyyy !!!!!!!!

The roof is replaced, the tires are new, all the systems are cleaned and tuned, support for sagging floor welded in,  A/C installed, lights replaced, curtains sewn, cusions & mattresses replaced,  cleaned cleaned cleaned, and new flooring installed.   It's finally time for the pay off.   A fun family trip to our local ski hill.    Snow was a little late in arriving this year so its the kid's first ski day(s) of the season.    It was fun to have hot homemade food & a warm bed available slopeside.

Good deal!  Nice rig, nice family.   :)clap

'Course, you did make one mistake in the post:  You used the dreaded "c" word when referring to the drapery.  That's even worse than the horrible "s" word when referring to frozen rain.   W%

Wow! Beautiful rig and fantastic family.  The "S" word is ok by me.  Need to make new "C's" for mine.  Ed

That night shot took a couple tries to get right & I'm still not satisfied with it.    Maybe someone with some photoshop skills can mitigate the low light granular effect.   My little point & shoot cant do any better.

I'd be glad to see it in the calendar once its a little touched up though.

I don't think the night shot is so bad.  The Winnie is clearly visible.  The lights behind it kinda accent it.  And the rest of the stuff that would have been in the photo might have distracted from the main attraction:  The Winnie!

Actually just email me the photos now! classicwinnebagos@att.net the ones directly from your camera... I will tweak out and then I will have them already for next year before they get lost on your computer or accidentally deleted etc.

Tina.   Emailed you the original on that pic.    Why does Tina from Maryland know Bogus Basin when she sees it in a pic?   Im thrilled that you know it.   We really love living nearby.   I grew up skiing Bogus & love sharing with my kids.

Thanks everyone for the kind words.   I forgot to list among the improvements that I added the awning.   I'm particularly proud of that one.   Its a Carefree spool with A&E arms.    All of which i got for free from a local dealer's bone pile thanks to a forum like this.   An RV owner was annoyed that even though his awning only had a little damage, the insurance company wanted the whole thing replaced.    BING!   The light went on!  I realized that RV dealers must have a stack of partly broken awnings & other parts.    This is how I got the parts to assemble my awning, ladder & AC shroud.   All thanks to conversations like these, and a little elbow grease.

Tina from MD love Bogus Basin.. went to a friends wedding in Boise and he told me after I made my reservations to fly about it.... so tosssed my skis on the plane and spent every spare second on the slopes... actually had to stop skiing the back side when I became the only one skiing it and darkness was falling and the snow was fresh and deep.... best place I ever skiied. I still have a "Bogus" sticker on my truck... :)clap

Tina
PS everyone else flying in was going to that big resort out there.. told me Bogus was for "locals"... and that was fine with me... no lines, nice folks...
