Dash lights keep blowing fuse

So my title pretty much sums up my problem. Its a dead short because it blows immediatly. I was hoping to get some advice from someone who has already dealt with a similar issue. Where should i start trouble shooting?

Is it just dash lights or is there more circuits involved?
Which specific fuse is blowing?
74 is new style dash so need to know a little more.

well the fuse says instrument panel {abreviated} on fuse block. Im gonna mess with it more tonite let me know what u think.
