Look up your chassis model (i.e. M300, MB300, M400, etc...) and then take that, the engine model and the year over to your local autoparts store.

Do you have the dual vacuum booster setup along the driver frame rail

or the single vacuum booster at the master cylinder?

I suspect you have the single booster at the master cylinder.
