Metric equivalent for 8r 17.5 tires?

When I bought my tires I bought Yokohama Y785's at $160ea. Now it looks like they discontinued those. I did see the Double Coin (Chinese imports) and the Sumitomo (Also Chinese) at around $190 each. Any good tire shop, preferably one that deals with trucks can figure the metric equivalent. But with those prices hovering near $300 a tire, it looks like i'll be searching for 16in rims for when i need new rubber.
