So... while having to "jack up" and go get more water last night at our electric only site... (didn't fill up as much as we thought).. noticed more than several marker lights out.  So figured once set back up with lights on.. I'd pull covers, and wiggle bulbs...  and oops.. sparks. and nada.. ALL marker lights, all dash lights.. out.   Fuse right? well.. kind of.

Popped open the dash fuse panel.  Immediately pulled and check the "Acc" fuse... which was ok.. but we replaced it anyway.. still nothing.  Traced wires (think spaghetti) and no inlines either....  checked grounds on the 2 lights that I had "played with"...  all was good and replaced bulbs anyway.

Finally ... dialed SOS to my wonderful mechanic friend once we got home.. who came over with a test light and.. yup... it was a blown 20A fuse that was in the placement labeled "Tail lights"...  Yes we had Tail lights and running lights and headlights.. so I hadn't pulled those fuses to check them...  D:oH! .
