Can anyone with Coachmen experience tell me if the serial number on the attached coach tag can be used to give me info on my rig such as model year and or name?

Thanks in advance!

These old Dodge RVs typically had two IDs, one for the chassis, and one for the coach.  I'm not sure where the chassis data plate is but, I'm sure someone else can help you with that.  I'm reasonably guessing the one in the photo is your coach ID as the vehicle ID number doesn't match the Dodge chassis VIN decoder format and I've never run across anyone who's found a coach ID number decoder.

Thanks Mark, your right, the second ID (chassis) is just below the Coach tag posted above (not sure if that is standard on these older Coachmen so I don't want to say it's like that on others).  So no decoder for coaches, that's cool.  Think if I send the number in a mail to Coachman they may have the info?  Would be nice to know the actual model, Lol..
Going to give it a whirl.. :)
Wish me luck! :)ThmbUp

That's most likely your best bet.  If they give you the method of decoding the number, let us know for future use.  I hope they still have the info or use the same system.

We do have info here on Dodge chassis vehicle ID locations.  Not all years had them located in the same place... go figure - LOL!
