Need any information about 1971 Travco.. front and rear hubs

My goal is to change the wheels and brakes.   I need a guide or part numbers to discover if a modern
Dodge has the same hub bearings.  The hubs determine the wheel stud pattern and brake drums.
Was told all vehicle makers changed the stud pattern and stud size to metric after the year 2000.
It may be necessary to change the complete rear axle assembly.  Frank
