thermoquad model number

trying to order a carb kit and cant find the 4 digit model for the 1975 carter thermoquad.
could someone tell me where it is located or if you already know the model number please let me know. I have a 440-3

I have the cast number on the top but that's not it. and I cant find any other numbers on this thing.

According to the parts book (available in the site store) the model number for a 1975 M300 440 Thermoquad carburetor should be

TQ-9036S if chassis was built to be used in California
TQ-6545S if chassis was built for federal (the rest of the US) or Canada specifcations.

It is on the left at the rear of the carb. My apollo (1977 440 engine) was 9096s probally something like that.

I looked all over for 20 minutes and there is no number on the outside of that carb.
Had to re-order all the parts again. Better now, then waiting once the carb is in pieces and I forget how to put it back together. lol.

It turns out that I have the carb from what dave says is from California. 9036s is stamped on it.
