The toilet on my (new to me) 74 Brave is seriously trashed.  I am looking at the Dometic High Profile 310 Series (the ceramic one). I like the price and the way they look.  Has anyone installed one of these? Looks like it will work but am I missing something?

I just installed one two days ago.   Got mine on amazon with the optional sprayer.   Droped into place on my 70 with no modifications.  Previous toilet was a thetford V.

Just make sure the bolt holes line up...some old model toilets like the Starlite series had the closet bolts positioned at around 11 and 5 o'clock, while all the new toilets except the Bravura have the bolt positions in the traditional 9 and 3 o'clock positions.

That doesn't mean you can't use it, but it means you'll have to twist your flange (should be threaded into the holding tank instead of glued) to the 3 and 9 position.

I installed the same toilet you are talking about in our old 77 Itasca.  The work great and are easy to keep clean, although the base is plastic and sits pretty high and feels a little wobbly if you aren't used to it.

Mounting flange has notches at four positions, so I only had to clear some glue and put the new bolts in.  Easy. There is a water supply lone snaked across the floor from the sink that I think a previous owner added.  There is a hole behind the toilet that I suspect was where the original supply line came from.  Is there any way to get behind or under to see where that came from?  I can't see a way in. Just in case someone has snaked that line out?  W%
