71 318-3 Internals Info, Like Forged Crank etc.??

I have caught pieces here and there about some of teh 318-3 Engines having "Premium" Internals Like forged Crank etc. Is there some place I can get more info or possibly some documentation someone has that I can get to read? I would love to know all I can about my 71 318-3.

I am thinking my D-20 actually has the mileage stated on speedo around 37K as I find it hard to believe it could be 137K as there was no Ring Ridge in cylinders when I removed heads, I have yet to find a 318 in any vehicle that does not have some ring ridge and this shocked me.

Even my 77 Plymouth Volare with 318 that only had 66K on it had some ring ridge though not much ( Actually found documentation and receipts for repairs done by old lady that owned it proving the mileage was correct at 66K )

Anyway Would love to know all I can about the engine especially Crank, cam, and anything else that makes it premium or different from your standard 318.
