One year old Shurflo pump leaking at pressure switch??

Ugh... woke up to wet carpet this morning!!  My one year old Shurflo pump (model 2088-554-144) is leaking between the pump housing and the pressure switch.  Took it all apart and checked it under the scope but saw no cracking what-so-ever! 
Put a little RTV around the edge and let it cure for a day. Tried it out but still have a weep soon as I turn on the city water connection.


Any ideas? Are parts available for these? Hate to replace the whole thing for something I KNOW is fixable!

Go to Shurflo's website and either call or email them about the problem.  They have great customer service and will walk you through the problem and help you fix it.  They'll also be able to tell you if you need a new part like an o ring or gasket.
