I noticed a fuel leak when I got finished pumping gas.  A piece of rubber needs to be replaced between the Tank and filler cap.  Where can I get a replacement?

This is an example of a part that only goes bad about each 20 to 30 years! I had to replace the same hose on my 72 D22 tanks, it was a standard size, maybe 2.5 inches, I forget -they sold it in standard lengths. I had to try more than one auto parts place though. denison

Hello JB,this part is called fuel transfer hose.  Found mine at a gas pump repair shop.  They cut a piece off a large roll and didn't even charge me for it.
Brought the old hose to match the size.  Did this in 1995,hose was 26 years old.

Fuel line filler hose is available in various diameters in 3 ft. sticks (or by the foot at some places) at NAPA. Keep in mind it doesn't bend, just straight pieces. Lefty
