Recharging Coleman Mach 3 air conditioning?

Just got back from a weekend outting all things worked good but the front air condtitioner just seem a bit lacking it is a Colman Mach 3. Does anyone know if they can be re=charged I have cleaned it out so I know its not plug up. Thanks for any advice.
