Where to check and add Brake Fluid

Hello, we have a 1982 Winnebago Itasca Sun Cruiser we just got a couple months ago. The manual says there is a plate that is under the left wheel well that needs to be removed to access the brake fluid, but I  can't see anything that has to do with that. Anyone know where to find it?

You might have to look in from outside of the wheel well, and straight above the reservoir atop the master cylinder. Then you would know if they really put one there. I suppose its possible they didn't put one in, or its possible it was covered by carpet. I would hope the thing had been accessed regularly - since bleeding the brakes annually will extend the life of all of the calipers, wheel cylinders, and master cylinder.
My 72 didnt come with that trap door, so I cut an opening myself. I did it the first week I got the RV. Even so, bleeding the brakes is messy and time consuming - and a very good idea to do.
