Anybody know a source for the vinyl welt that goes between the cabinets and wall?  Changed paneling from light wood to darker, and old stuff was caramel.  Looking for something darker like brown.

Difficult to say without a photo. A common product, used fairly extensively by RV manufacturers is referred to as 'gimp'.
Does this help?

You might consider http://bontragers.com/ or Sands RV Madison Ohio http://www.sandsrv.com/  I can strongly recommend both. Super great folks to do business with. :)ThmbUp

I have a local surplus place, but they only had white and the butterscotch.

Dirk,
Have you tried Affordable RVing (http://affordablerving.net/) in Milwaukie, OR.  When I was rebuilding my trailer I picked up the gimp there.  I know at the time they had brown available.

Oh hey edog, I see we are neighbors  :)clap

Well darnit, you got lucky!  I was at affordable day before yesterday and all they had was the white and the butterscotch.  They were who I was referring to above.  Funny that brown seems to be scarce.  I have someone off Ebay (there were only 2 browns on Ebay)  sending me a sample from Spokane hopefully that will work out.

It's funny that the rv surplus stores don't make their material available online.  It is a big effort, but also increased sales.  The downside is that your stuff rotates alot.  All the links above were for places that basically said we have stuff. So you are going to have to be local to browse.  I'm in the process of changing the entire bedroom from two single to a queen so going to be alot of woodwork.  I got the paneling from Affordable.

I'll post a before and after of woodwork.  Found some killer looking Formica from Lowe's that looks like granite.
