I have a 1978 Winnebago Chieftain, and I need a fuel crossover for me to be able to switch from one fuel tank to the other. Can anyone help me find one?

I am making an assumption you had dual tanks to start with mounted on the passenger side just aft of the front wheel.
Several on ebay.  You should be able to use a 3 port gas type (12V DC).

The valve is most likely mounted just aft of the transmission crossover brace (muffler area unfortunantly).  Tank hoses are feed over the frame rail to the valve.  Valve output feeds a metal tube that runs inside the passenger side frame up to the mechanical fuel pump.  For that year model, you will find a big charcoal fuel vapor canister (coffee can size) up by the mechanical fuel pump.  There is a single wire feed down to the selector valve from the dash selector switch relay (selects both valve position [on/off] and tank level gauge feed circuit) which is hidden way up under the dash
