92 Sunflyer on GMC chassis- online I see 180 ft/lb for the wheels but the fronts only have 5 studs- or 8- less than the rears do I use the same torque value ?

A good torque wrench and a pipe extension, correctly used and sized are invaluable.
Even more invaluable is this below, courtesy of Dave. He is a font of info, and you may already be familiar with what he posted, but others may not.

Thanks that's what I thought- I have a torque wrench plus one of those funky torque multiplier things that made removing axle nuts on my volvo a one handed job

I use the german torque specification;  gudentite

Better than the tire shops 1 ugga dugga 2 ugga dugga until the stud snaps
