I blew a tire on the TT.  It has 205/75/R15 Range c.  I replaced the blow out with a 205/75/R15, Load rage D.  The trailer has a dry weight of 2807 lbs and GVWR of 3800 lbs.  The C range are rated at 1820 lbs.  It is a single axle trailer.  The D range are rated at 2150, and rimes are rate at 2100 at 65 psI.  The max PSI on the C range is 50 PSI.
The question is will there be a problem mixing the same size tires with different Load ranges, one a "C" and one a "D"?  The rims will handle the weight and pressure.  The Max load carried will be less than 3800 lbs because of the axle rating.

Check both tire specs to see if they are the same diameter tire.  If the one is larger than the other then that will shift some of the weight to the opposite side.  If shifted to the Load Range C side that's more load on the lighter duty tire (prompting an early blowout)

Is max PSI on Load Range D higher than the rim spec (65 psi)?

Both tires are the same diameter.

No, the rims are rated more than the 65 psi.

I may just go buy another tire, cheaper than having problems on the road. Tires are less than $100.
