Need radio/cassette player info

I have a Pioneer KEH-P2030 in my dash and need to set the front/rear balance. I have messed with it but no luck. No, I don't have a manual but someone might!

Don< I did the search on the internet and came up with the manual for it.  Pioneer site and type in model #,  it shows the manual you need.  Joan
