holiday rambler imperal 33 454cid 1981....air valve mounted to frame in radiator compartment, air line disappears under engine  any ideas what it could be for?

Its for the air bags that go in the coil springs. They're probably rotted out like mine but you might see some rubber left on the springs. You can get new ones for $100. That way you could add or take out air to make the ride like you want.
