Washing/Cleaning outside body of RV

What is the best way to clean the outside? Its has all the tiny black dots everywhere probably mold from sitting. I know when I bought a boat and it was the same way I used Castrol Super Clean and it looked like new but I'm not sure if I can do the same with the RV.
