Quick Roof peel and seal Aluminum roof sealant

Anyone tried every Quick Roof peel and seal Aluminum ? http://www.cofair.com/rv.aspx I use it for fixing leaks in my flat roof lanai and garage, and it does a great job.

It's the same thing as eternabond tape by a different manufacturer.

If you read the "PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS" sounds like it's not quite as tried and true as is Eternabond.
Would be interesting to hear a review from someone who has tried it.
