I found this item stuck into the fridge insulation on the right hand side when I removed it for burping ops. It says rochester guages co of texas on the back.
On the back are some letters -- "full @ 8"
There was no wire attached to the terminal nor was one broken off.  It is about an inch in diameter and maybe half inch thick.  Before I go ahead I wonder if it is important or even goes to some thing on the fridge.  I will attempt to post two pictures for any ideas you might have.

On the front it reads "Rochester Gauges of Texas.  They manufacture a wide range of LP gauges.  It's possible it is an old propane tank gauge with the "full at 8" " referring to the float travel.  Just a guess.  Rick
