440 Water Pump Replacement

Yes you can replace the water pump without removing the radiator. Go to the dollar store and purchase one of the foam 2'X2' exercise mats you put on the floor. Put it or cut it to fit between the radiator and the fan. Undo your four bolts and carefully remove the fan and pully. Then undo the four bolts that hold the water pump in and voila water pump in your hand.

Pump looks good but who knows what happens when it's under pressure. Bought another thermosat. So nears I can figure if anything goes wrong that only leaves the rad?
