could someone please help me cipher this vin 10f45l158680. This motorhome was given to me and I have redone the roof and interior and want to do a good tune up before putting it on the road, but don't know if its a 360 or 440.

THANKS

I am little confused here.  You say 83 Chevy 454 in your user info section but are posting in the Dodge section referencing MOPAR engines.  Is this a second MH you are referring to?

That number looks more like a Winnebago S/N rather than a VIN number.

They no longer produced Class A Dodge MH chassis past 1980 (Chrysler Bankruptcy in 79)
Chevy VIN decoder page: http://www.chuckschevytruckpages.com/73-87specs.html  You have to select one of the 3 year ranges for proper decoding.

I did not realize I had it as a chevy454 I was told by the previous owner it was a dodge chasis but he was unsure of the motor. That is the vehicle id number on the title I could not find one on the coach.

Class A Front suspension - Do you have a coil spring or a stright axle front end?
Chevy chassis = coil springs with air bags inside them
Dodge chassis = straight axle with leaf springs

I fully expect an 83 to be a Chevy P30 chassis

There's a block of "VIN decoders"

See if it works in the Chevy listing.
