I just can't find this y-pipe for the septic... it's a 3" elbow with a 2" part coming off it for the grey tank. The flange for the grey is very cracked and won't seal up.

Only one I've found has a 1.5" grey part: http://www.rvplus.com/valterra-collector-3x3x1-1-2-t1036-t1036.html

Been to the three RV places around here and none have this part. One place said it was because my rig was from the 80's and "they don't do it like that anymore"... ...

So... what am I supposed to do here?

Hmm... might be able to make that work but there are no flanges to bolt to the slide valves :/

I need this exact part but with a 3" black / 3" out / 2" grey... they're all 1.5"  i??

If you cannot find an exact replacement, you may simply have to build one up from seperate pieces which are available.  Not hard just a pain.

I think I'll have to order the 3x3x1.5 and cut the 2" piping back a bit on the grey tank to put a reducer in there. Seems the easiest method.

I just can't believe I can't find this part! RV places keep saying my rig must be 'really old'... it's an 84!!!

I've had really good luck with using ABS shavings and ABS cement and repairing cracks with a chemical weld.  Do a search for it in this forum and you'll find all kinds of info on how to do it.  Feasability depends on how bad the crack is, and how much stress its under when traveling...in other words, does it move around a lot when riding down the road.
