Floor repair in 93 winnebago warrior 22

The previous owner let this unit set for 5 years with various roof leaks up to and including a defective
AC seal.  Much water made it into the camper. 

Along about that year Winnebago used just a sheet of OSB over a sheet of aluminum for the floor. No insulation or luan. Whether this was to save cost or save weight I don't know.  I do know that the OSB does not like water exposure and rot set in. When I obtained the unit the floor seemed to be OK but I know now that it was swollen with water.  When it eventually dried out I feared for our feet going thru.
Unfortunately the entire camper sides and all seem to be setting on the floor structure. This required an alternate repair. As I am 6-2 or so I didn't want to raise the floor any more with a layover. The under supports are like on 4 ft centers so replacing sections didn't seem practical because of welded in heat shields for the exhaust under the unit. 

What I have come up with is to pepper the rotten floor down to the alum. sheet with like a 3/16 drill bit then I flooded the floor with a borax/boric acid mixture to kill the rot organisms present. Let dry completely.
Next I brushed on/poured on "Rot Terminator" low viscosity epoxy and worked it into the holes and bad areas. This was done twice.
Next I brushed on some more epoxy and worked in a couple of layers of Fiberglass cloth.  Really increased the strength. 
Then I used a tile floor leveler compound before installing vinyl. 

Should I need to go back later and be forced to add a layer etc. has anyone had to raise the level of the installed propane heater?  The intake/output flue pipe seems that it may be a problem.
