Carbon Monoxide is free in RV   i think i should use this for my old winnebago more safe cuz Carbon Monoxide free during sleep?

practically every newer Diesel car in Europe has a auxiliary Diesel Heater. They are reliable.

These Diesel Engines are so efficient (60% or more) they just don't get warm anymore. They have to burn Diesel to get the engine to normal operation temperature.
But I don't see the difference in your Carbon Monoxide problem. If the Furnace get's a hole inside you get CO for your inside, or if your diesel heater rots through you get CO.
No difference on that.

What I would recommend a LP/Gas or Propane power Water heater, which you can keep under the RV somewhere with a circulation pump, - run hot waterlines into your RV and use a oldschool wastyle radiator

So you would move the source of problems under your RV, where the CO cannot enter just because it's heavier then air.

I'm from Europe, I don't like forced Air heating to much, it's noisy and the temperature is changing to rapidly.
Radiant heat is more even.
Edit: Just had the insight that most RV's indeed are equipped with a water-heater - lol  :)clap
And it's outside with venting outside, pretty much impossible to get CO from the original Waterheater.

You could probably get away with a circulation pump and a wall radiator and a couple of waterlines which you plug into your waterheater.

Exodus V1 - pantet pending :P
You can get about 9000-16000 BTU of heat from your water-heater, which is not as much as the furnace (somewhere between 30 and 50K BTU)
But should keep you bedroom warm while sleeping without the CO danger
