Thunk noise when shifting from forward to reverse

Theres not enough room/length for a cardan joint. This was a service bulletin after the fact...even the folks who build military equipment didn't see this coming.

Lego:
They are still there on columbia blvd.  I knew they were a heavy truck outfitter, but did not know they did drivelines.  Another one is Potter Webster, but have not done business with either.


Anyone know if the ujoints are just going to be stock P30 stuff if I should do it myself?

Yes and no, There are several sizes of u-joints that were used in the P30 so it is a good idea to measure the joints first so you get the right ones. They will be normal u-joints that are readily available.

Yep, just like that. Wait till you start working on the motor, you will have all of your SAE AND Metric tools out.
