On my 78 Chieftain at least, Winnebago imbedded house wiring in the roof  in channels left in the foam between the ceiling panel and the outer skin. It is only accessable at exit points where the component is located (switch, light, etc.).  They also ran some wiring under false cabinet bottoms.  It all collected and dropped down to the converter and such in the reffer hatch.  The wiring for owner installed aftermarket add-ons typically did not follow this approach because the wireways were inaccessable.  Add-on wiring is typically tacked on and visible.  So, are these wires imbedded in the ceiling/roof (Winnebago) or run externally (Owner add-on)?  Might help to know this in order to deduce what they were for.
