Thanks to the help from members, my rv is getting back to life slowly, see here

Once I get it home, the one step to make it road worthy are 4 rear tires.
The front are new and not cracked. Rear are original and bold.

I wouldn't mind fitting a set of used tires on it, if its economically worth it.  I have a hard time finding 7.50r x 16 LT tires, Looking online it seems that the 235/85/16lt is an equivalent Anyone has experience with this?  My rv is a 1985 Chevy sunflyer itasca 22" on a p30 chassis 454 gas engine.  Thank you, Christian

Those are the sizes I had and now have on my '87. Works just fine.

Just make sure the duellies don't touch.  There should be a decent gap between the tires.

I just acquired a 1988 P30 Chassis Winnebago, and I was wondering if the 7.5 X 16LT D tires I have, which are tube-type, can be replaced with tubeless tires. I found some radial Cooper RSM II in my size but I can't tell if they are tube type or not from the ad. So basically can the original wheels accept tubeless tires?

lt235/85/16 radials will sometimes touch.  Mine just flunked state inspection because the tires sometimes touched even when inflated to full rated pressure which I don't like to run.  I am having to add spacers and longer studs in order to drive it.  I have to add only a 1/4 spacer to satisfy the state but the studs were not long enough to allow a full nut of threads which is also a basis for rejection. There are some LT215/85/16 tires out there but I don't know how much they lack in Height or weight rating.
